Pool

The pool is open for use only between the hours of 8 am and 11pm.

Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.

Infants must use a swim diaper to use the pool.

No animals are allowed in the pool or pool area. Pets are allowed on the north deck above the pool equipment.

All sand from the beach must be washed off your body prior to entering the pool area.

No food is allowed in the pool.

Diving is not permitted.

Sports activities such as basketball, volleyball, and Marco Polo are allowed in the pool only if they do not disturb other Owners or Guests.

Swimsuits are required.

Anyone wearing bandages, having wounds, skin conditions or any infectious conditions is not allowed to use the pool.

No glass containers (plates, bottles, cups or any kind of glass) are allowed in the pool area.

The cost of cleaning any material spilled in the pool, whether food, feces, dirt, sand or other debris, shall be levied as a fine against the owner of the unit whose occupants are responsible.

Lounge chairs and outdoor furniture cannot be reserved by placing personal items on them. Such personal items will be removed by security if left unattended on the outdoor furniture for more than an hour.

No furniture may be removed from the pool area.

Towels are required to be used on top of the lounge pads.

Pool temperature will keep always at 83F/29C.
